while I do not know you, your reputation is known to me. Gold, riches,
and spoils of war are but earthly and tangible things. As with most
earthly things, they are temporary, while honor and glory live beyond
the bearer. While I can promise earthly things, the others can only be
attained by you, and your joining of a just cause. Certainly you can see
the villianous tactics of the Mongolian Madman Ashahito for what they
are, a thinly disguised attempt to take what is not his. What glory in
this? What Honor? 

** And as for the Churches..um, ...they were on fire and all the
valuables were outside when I got there. I figured that it would not be
prudent to leave them lying around for just anyone to make off with
them, so I gathered them together for safekeeping. They should thank me,
for had I not done so, thieves would have stolen the lot of it!

To my Good Friends in arms and all Noble people who read this
does Sir Ramses the Reasonably Good send warmest and most
profitable greetings.
I wish to clear up what seems to be a misconception on the part of
his most esteemed Excellency Magunus balli Thorvaldsson.  Sir
Ramses tRG has not yet chosen a side in this conflict as no clear
contract has been drawn up and no payment yet received.  Until
such time as this happens Sir Ramses tRG is willing to entertain
all offers.  Such as the one that His Excellency has made below.
	"Join me, my brother, in ousting these people from our lands!"
Sir Ramses tRG finds it hard to believe that Ashihito can beat his
Excellency's offer to let us loot Valhalla and give us Slepneir!!!  Not
to mention the fact that he has offered to let us sack the Catholic
Church!

	plunder he should crave is from
	the halls of Valhalla! ( ok, and an occasional Catholic Church

So at this point it looks like we will be fighting for Sir Magunus balli
Tharvaldsson, Landed Baron of Caer Maer...Once a contract is
signed that is.
Unless some one else can make a more earthly offer?
