Just a follow up on the A&S displays at the 20 year
event...

If you will be displaying multiple items (remember, we
are asking only that you limit yourself to one item
*per medium*), you may find it useful to fill out an
"entry" roster ahead of time.  We will be putting out
these sheets to help us make sure any lost items are
reunited with their creator.  The rosters can be found
in pdf form at

We'll use the "tent card" option to id each
item...which you can also download from the "forms"
address above.  Or you can simply prepare index cards,
or scribble something out on site.
