[MR] Hats.....

Greetings to the honorable populace of Atlantia,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me of a merchant who sells hats for 
men. I am thinking of an alternate persona who is a sailor and a bit of a 
rogue, so I was thinking of an outfit that is a little flashy. Any help?
