Except that we're a non profit organization and if
there is thousands in a group account then I would
wonder if it weren't time to lower event fees.  Maybe
they didn't need to be as high as they thought.

If 25,000.00 was raised by donations from groups then
GREAT and absolutely, but it doesn't seem clarified
very well.

Personally I'd like to hear more from construction
experienced folks like Master Bryce as to what cost of
things like this is really like.
