Just a note from the Cooks.  At the Autocrat's command, there is no
longer a deadline for feast reservations at Mongol's Revenge.  The Hall
has a firm limit of 100, though, and this number will not be exceeded.
As always, a reservation paid is a reservation made.  Barkeep, a round
for the house and a skin of kvass for the shaggy bow-legged ones in the
corner
