Actually I was referring to Habitat for Humanity who
can build a 4 bedroom house with appliances and air
conditioning for $10,000.00 per house because all of
the labor is volunteered. (Course some of the
materials are donated by Lowe's too.)

I thought I'd drop the subject after Master Bryce's
post because I thought the conversation had died.
Whatever gets built is going to be used for a long
time to be sure and we're probably going to get our
money's worth.

However, if your group is involved in a large project
that costs money please feel free to write me. I do
lots of fundraising and given enough time can get all
kinds of things donated to non-profit groups. (It's
about making enough calls and having enough contacts
etc etc.)

I do this kind of fundraising for my various projects
at my church. Don't know why I can't help my SCA
friends too.

And before this post is seen in a negative light: I'm
not telling your group what to do and I'm not making
new rules for the exchequer. It's just an offer...
