[MR] Pennsic 30 Budget

Well, actually, Anarra, it is part of the Pennsic budget which means that 
it IS part of the funding that is run through the SCA.  This expenditure 
should be shown as part of our event-related expenditures on the annual 
report that we make to the Feds.

Being built with Society money, it is technically the property of the 
Society and that raises a lot of questions about maintenance, use by other 
individuals and groups, the contractual situation as it is apparently being 
built on land that the Society does not own and may be permanent in nature 
(as opposed to the court platforms for Great Court which are movable and 
could be relocated to other sites easily), liability and insurance issues, 
etc.

Considering the fact that National has in recent times told a number of 
groups that they are not to have vans or other items that involve liability 
or liability insurance, I wonder whether this was run by the powers that 
be. . .
