       Taking into consideration that the Kingdom of Atlantia has no vested 
interest in the profits or lack thereof at Pennsic, and the expenditure 
merely reduces the profits reaped by the Mid and East, why does anyone care? 
        I have always been surprised, when weighing the amount of income 
generated at Pennsic, that more hasn't been done to make the site have a 
greater medieval flavor with the addition of permanent structure. The fort at 
Gulf Wars adds a great deal to the look of the event, as well as adding a new 
dimension to the fighting. If a structure is going to be built that is large 
enough to be visually impressive and strong enough to withstand the onslaught 
of the Atlantian shieldwall, then $25,000 is certainly a reasonable budget.
        My only regret on the project is that I cannot get up there to help 
build it.
