Hey, You.  Yes, you.  All you rapier fighters out 
there.  April 21st in 

al-Barran (that's Albuquerque) is the date for Sworded Affaire, the premier 


fencing event in the western kingdoms.  This year's theme is all 
things 

Shakespearean - games, come as your favorite character feast/revel, trivia 


and costume contests, and of course some of the best rapier combat in the 


Known World.  Daytime events are at the UNM Duck Pond; nightime 
events are at 

St Thomas of Canterbury Church across the street.  Reservations 
will be 

required for the feast - and there's only 100, so send yours 
now.  Site fee 

$5, feast fee $7, total $12, children under 6 free, under 12 1/2 
price.  

Crash space available.  Spread the word - this event's going to 
be FUN.!  

(and I'm not just saying that because I'm the autocrat)
