Crown Tournament 
May 4-6, 2001 

The grace and dignity of Atlantia is perpetuated in the sweet efforts of 
those nobles who vie for Her Crown.  The Baronies of Hidden Mountain and 
Nottinghill Coill invite you to witness the continuity of this proud 
tradition at the Crown Tournament of King Havordh Ætarbanni and Queen Mary 
Grace of Gatland on May 4, 5, 6, AS XXXVI. 

The site is a Camp Sandy Ridge (Girl Scouts of America) near Bennettsville, 
SC and is DRY.  Smoking prohibited except in the designated smoking areas.  
Site opens at 6:00 PM Friday and closes at 12:00 PM Sunday. 

The site affords a limited number of six bed cabins as well as separate sites 
for period and modern tenting.  Please designate which type of overnight 
accommodation is requested.  Pavilion campers should include dimensions of 
pavilion.  In addition, hotel rooms are available in both Cheraw and 
Bennettsville.  Contact Dame Anne le Coeur at (803) 781-2375 or

The Grand Processional will begin at 10:30 AM with Crown Tournament beginning 
precisely at 11:00 AM. All contestants should report to the Minister of the 
Lists NLT than 10:00 AM. 

In addition to the Roll of Arms competition sponsored by the Triton Herald's 
and Kingdom A&S Offices, each Barony of Atlantia is invited to demonstrate 
the knowledge, skills, and hospitality  of their people.  Please contact your 
Baronage or branch seneschal for more details and to see how you can 
contribute. 

Feast will be extremely limited so reserve early.  No feast space will be 
sold at the door.  Only a paid reservation will hold your feast space.  
Dietary concerns should be addressed to the Head Cook, Matsudaira Toshiyori 
San (John Sellers) at oshi at housecorvus.org. 

List Field Space: Those who desire space around the List Field for period 
pavilions should send a request to Master Bran Trefonnen at (843) 763-6681 or 
bran at housecorvus.org.  Preference will be given to Landed Baronage and 
Tourney participants with period pavilions with additional space on a first 
come, first serve basis.  Pavilion frontage is limited to 15 feet on the 
actual field.  Please provide either the name of the Barony or List 
participant along with pavilion dimensions at the time of the request. 

Fee Schedule:  $17.00 On Board/On Site; $12.00 On Board/Off Site; $12.00 Off 
Board/On Site; $7.00 Day Trip (Off Board/Off Site).  Children under 12 deduct
