[MR] hot process soap

Has someone actually made hot process soap? (HP)
Unfortunately for me, it's the more period method but
the style I make is usually cold process (CP) soap
which is a more modern technique and only requires
heating oils not the lye.

I'd like to discuss techniques with you if you have. 
Thankfully I've just discovered I don't have to boil
the lye, just simmer it.
