In reference to forgetting the blue card, why not just do the simple thing 
and keep it with your driver's license and insurance card? This way, it is 
always there whenever you need it, as well as your picture ID ~ unless you 
are one of those unfortunates who finds out when you are 300 miles from home 
you left your wallet behind ~
