[MR] Ladies of the Rose Ball at Coronation

My Fellow Atlantians, 
The following fact has been mentioned:

While We are aware that Vicountesses are not officially members of the Order
of the Rose, We would like to honor these women for their great service to
Our Society as well. Their inclusion was not meant to offend, but rather to
include all of the wonderful ladies presently living in Our Kingdom who have
been Stellar Princesses, as well as to include those women who were
Princesses of Atlantia, when Atlantia was still a principality. Again We
hope that no one has been offended by the confusion. We should have
clarified this point previously. Thanks you!
