Greetings from THLady Theodora Delamore, Atlantian Kingdom Minister of
the
Lists.

I have received a number of questions concerning the removal of
pay-to-play.
I realize the Kingdom is undergoing some inevitable confusion on how the
changes will work.

Don't Panic.

May 1st, 2001.  Realize that these changes do *not* go into effect until
May 1st, 2001.
This gives us some time to implement these changes and explain them to
the
Kingdom.

I have compiled a 'Frequently Asked Questions' webpage answering the
most
common questions I've been getting.   You can read through the
information

Feel free to email me DIRECTLY and ask questions.  I'm sure I've
forgotten
to answer something.  I do not have the bandwidth to subscribe to SCA
mailing lists, so posting a question in a public forum is unlikely to
reach
me.

Most of the questions I have been answering through private email and
phone
calls are caused by partial/incorrect answers posted in a public forum,
third-hand reports at local meetings, or answers provided by non-MoLs.

Please, please, if you have a question concerning this or any other List
Office issue, it's best to go to the source.  Please contact myself or
one
of the Deputy KMoLs.  We're here to help.   I keep my deputies
well-informed (or at least they indulge me by listening to me babble
alot),
so they are your best source of information.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we restructure the list
office to better serve the Atlantia.
