[MR] Regional Calendar

Over the weekend I found the cgi-bin directory for the college which means I 
can now make forms. For the convenience of all I have linked a form off the 
Regional Calendar. With this form you can correct an error that is on the 
calendar or add your event or meeting to current or future calendars. Please 
make use of this form. Thank you. (Reminder: All groups can have their 
events listed even if they are not in Middle and Eastern Virginia.)
