[MR] Laurel Returns for May

Greetings Atlantia from Lord Michael Batcok, Triton Principal Herald.

The following items were RETURNED by the Laurel Sovereign of Arms for futher 
work at her May meeting:

ATLANTIA

Gottfried von Mainz. Device. Argent, three dragon's heads erased
  gules, a bordure embattled vert.
     Conflict with Llywelyn ap Gwyn of Anglesey, Argent, three dragon's
     heads couped within a bordure embattled gules. There is not a CD
     for erased vs. couped, thus there is only a single CD for changing
     the tincture of the bordure.
