Dear Tanner, CC: Merryrose

And you wonder why you got spammed so much when people
copied multiple lists including the Rialto? I've been
deliberately protecting the Atlantian list from spam myself
by not posting the list address all over the known world.

I've been a member of Atlantia for not quite twenty years.
And I've been made a Laurel by Atlantia.

I write articles at least weekly on numerous subjects to
many lists, occaisionally I copy Atlantia, and I find myself
being subject to your approval and censorship.

Why does this make me feel so special?

I get thank yous every week for various postings from people
all over the Known World. Several today in fact.

You hardly play at all from what I'm told.

**** This is getting really obnoxious Tanner. ****

Having writen you previously privately and not receiving
an answer I've seen I have to assume something other is in order.

Please notice that I've correctly copied Atlantia also this time.

Prior postings you rejected included the downloadable Viking
newsletters that people could have gotten costume and item
designs from. (Not that you yourself post -anything- useful.)
These pages did not have anything to do with Regia, but might
have proved quite useful to some members of the list.

I think you've done this to me about ten times now.

I notice that this started with you when I became a member of
the Regia-North American list and CC:'d them on some of my posts.
Perhaps you think this is subversive? I explained to you at the
time that it was because their list cannot be blind copied.

If such posting including alternate organizations' lists is so
subversive how come addresses like the Longship Company, Markland,
and others - including households are allowed? Is the Regia list
on your personal hit list or is it just me? There are more people
from Atlantia on it than just me. A number of them are also
Laurels. Will you censor them as well if you see that list address?
Have I, or someone in Regia, done anything priorly offensive to you?
There are well over a thousand SCA groups alone on yahoogroups,
not to mention other organizations and households.
How will you pick and choose?

If YOU like I can certainly put all the lists I post to in
the TO: field. A selection from twenty-five depending on topic
if you like. Then perhaps I should also include friends from
Australia to Sweden I usually blind copy also - including
archaeologists and the heads of other organizations and webpage
maintainers who keep pages of links I notify of new things related
to their interests as well as what I've copied Atlantia on?
This would include the Atlantian Arts and Sciences page maintainer
for the last several years, Ravensgard, Viking Heritage,
and a bunch of others. My personal take on this is it's unnecessary,
a waste of paper if printed, and a waste of bandwidth.

Merryrose was blind-copied for courtesy which certainly seems to
be more than you are showing me. No viruses to the list or spam
have resulted from any my direct postings. My postings are also
passed all over other lists I don't read.

I am under the impression that a number of people enjoy and
save my postings, even to special folders, or so they tell me.

Lighten up.

For the list's information this concerned the excavation of
a Spanish King with two skulls in the same crypt - a news article.
But then Tanner certainly knows more about humorous situations
than I do apparently. It also included something else.

This one is a bit rich. A Spanish King found with two
skulls. Which one did the thinking? Can we duplicate
this to our benefit?

And apparently Life will reassert itself, even after
three millenia:

This was sent because of some of you gardeners, etc.

Please be aware that this was sent *after* review by Tanner each time.
