For those of you who actually use the OandA for conflict checking, you
probably notice that the one on SCA.ORG has not worked in a couple of years,
however there are THREE links to sites that do keep current versions of the
OandA running and up to date.

The following URL is one of thos sites and the OandA there is current
throught March 31, 2001  to dispaly the very hard work of Morsulus Herald
who should be commended for the effort at making this up to date as
possible.  It is a lot of work, worthy of a Pelican.  (How many Pelican's
does it take to change a light bulb?  Just one but the lightbulb must be
really burned out. <grin>)
