[MR] Apprenticeship Placement?

Greetings,

  In one of the links posted by Lord Ulric, I notice
it mentioned "Placement organizations for squires and
apprentices".  Among these were organizations
mentioned were "Squires for Hire", "The Apprentice
Ship", "Protégé Palace" and "Cadet City". 
Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate any of
these organizations on the web.  Would anyone happen
to have contact information for any of these
organizations or even know if they still exist?
Perhaps someone knows of a similar placement
organization?  I thought it might be helpful to post
information on such organizations to the Merry Rose
for anyone interested in becoming an apprentice.
