[MR] HERALDRY -- Reminder: no color printers

Just a reminder from the Evil Golden Dolphin -- after  30 June 2001
Golden Dolphin will no longer accept armory submissions that have
been ‘colored' with a computer graphics program and printed in color,
nor submissions that have utilized color copiers.  We will continue
to accept outlines that have been done on a computer, but they MUST
be colored by hand with an acceptable medium.  Acceptable mediums are
Crayola Classic markers, Prang markers, dark colored pencil, and
crayon.  Highlighters and pastel colored pencil are not acceptable
mediums.  Whatever the medium, colors must be true heraldic colors,
not pastels or fluorescents.
