The Trimaran College of Heralds is obligated to send you written notice
of Laurel's disposition. Will mail sent to the address you gave on the forms
be forwarded to you? You could also drop them a note to let them know of your
current address.
Beyond that, the Laurel letters are published on the SCA web site at
http://www.sca.org/heraldry/loar but you will need to know the month and
year that Laurel ruled on it. Do you know when Trimaris sent it out? What
name was submitted? From the .sig I'd guess Arglyddes Teamhair Wyddeles,
which name I cannot find in the online armorial.
