Depending on the level of how badly the diapering messes with the
impression "Gules", why?
Granted, we're not going to blazon diapering, just like we
typically don't blazon arming, languing, or the other frou-frou
that one can do to a charge, but diapering's a good old tool in
the heraldic draughtsman's box, with instances appearing as early
as the reign of Henry III of England.
