Perhaps you were going for "How many named heralds are there in Atlantia,
and what do they do?" You could similarly ask on the Society level. Or
each individual kingdom.

Actually, that is Morsulus Herald, which is a Laurel staff position (the 
computer geek job, mine, all mine!).

In Atlantia, we have Triton (da boss), Golden Dolphin (submissions), 
Kraken (external commenter), and a bunch of other titles, not all in use,
without specific associations of portfolio and name. In addition,
it is not uncommon to register a title to be given to a specific person
as a permanent title, eg, Argent Snail, given to Mistress Jaelle, aka the
Silver Slug.
