The submission forms for the various kingdoms were modified in
that very fashion only within the last few years. That's only
good for whomever you can track down, plus anyone who's submitted
since 1998.

I can't deny that. I wonder what the law would say about an
individual drawing an emblazon from the given blazons, to keep it
artistically consistent (for example, in a group with a
definitely German focus, someone drawing the various coats of
arms in a distinctly German fashion)...
