Present storage methods are pretty standard for offices. The
Golden Dolphin office uses a humonguous file cabinet. The Laurel
office has more than a dozen file cabinets, holding the last
decade's worth of submissions, and stores the rest in banker's
boxes.

The current programs for making emblazons out of blazons are
pretty pitiful things. I used an early version to make the images
for the HTML-ised version of my presentation on the coats of arms
fo the characters in the legend of Tristram and Isoud. The later
versions aren't a frightful improvement. People have tried to
make blazon-to-emblazon programs, but there's just enough
ambiguity in blazon to cause them to throw their hands up in
despair.
