Grant of Arms Collars?  The metal ones some people wear made up of "A"s 
linked together? (or any other jewelry-bits linked together?)

Just to make sure everyone knows that in Atlantia there are no sumptuary 
laws about collars. Anyone can wear them.  You don't have to have a Grant of 
Arms.  If it goes with your persona, have at it.  (Ditto with purple fabric 
and circlets.)


Try Raymond's Quiet Press (after Pennsic might be good).  Although he 
doesn't have a Collar of State on his website, his prices are very 
reasonable and he might be willing to talk commission.
