The site is dead.  The Marshal's website on shipwrecked was run by me
and hosted by the generosity of UMUC for the 4 years I was DEM and EM. 
When I stepped down as EM, I informed Sir Edwin that I could no longer
maintain the site, but that I could keep the existing site up for a few
months while he go his own solution together.  Well after 9 months of
waiting, I needed shipwrecked on another project, so the site is down. 
Most of the content was dated anyway as new editions of both Kingdom and
Society marshaling rules have been published in the interim.  My
apologies to anyone who is inconvenienced by this.
