Eggs Farse (stuffed eggs)
Savory Toasted Cheese

Second Remove:
Tarts in Ember Day
Roasted chicken
Field Greens

Third Remove:
Stuffed Roasted Pork a la Bruno.
Cabbage Salad.

Fourth Remove:
Pumpes (venison and beef meatballs) in cream and wine sauce.
Herb rice.

Fifth Remove:
Pears in Wine Sauce.
