[MR] G.o.A. Collars?

So, where can you find the listing of what items of regalia are reserved?
I've looked in Corpora and Kingdom Book of Laws and I can't find anything
about it. What I'm looking for is the written rules saying "only Knights
can wear this" or "only Baron(ess) can wear that". I'm planning on teaching
a customs and courtesies class in July and want to get my info correct.
