Then, perhaps, the issue might be resolved by changing storage habits,
instead of restricting coloring methods. A properly sealed piece of paper
or, better yet, digital storage, would eliminate the fading of the pigment
in the ink and thus allow for computer generated submissions. There are
distinct advantages to preparing your submissions on computer, such as
instantaneous color change, restricting colors so you always stay "in
between the lines", pre-built heraldic charges for the artistically
challenged, and more...
