[MR] Fattening Cookbook?

Friends and Neighbors-

Someone once told me of a cookbook called (if I recall correctly) "Fat and
Getting Fatter."  It was a modern translation of an old French volume, from
the days when that ample figure was so very chic.  It was filled with rich
food guaranteed to pack on the poundage.  I don't know how old the original
was, but the modern reprint was obviously an ironic poke at the modern
obsession with thinness.  If the original dated back to late in our period,
as I seem to remember, it might make a fun theme for a feast.

Alas!  I have forgotten who told me or where to find the book.  A Web search
avails me naught, and Amazon.com, usually a good source of book info, draws
a blank.

Do any of you have a copy or know more about it?
