Yarnvid Collegium
	The College of Yarnvid, in the Barony of Caer Mear, will host a day of
scholarly and social pursuits. Our Goal is to provide a day for
learning, practicing and passing on of information and news prior to the
populace's journey off to distant wars. There is no for the day though
some classes may have a small charge for materials and such. 

SITE: Epiphany Catholic Church on SmokeTree Road Site opens at 9:00,
Classes start at 10:00 we clear out by 5:00 PM, There are several places
available for lunch within 2 miles.

Directions: 
North South & East: Follow I-95 to Exit 67 Chippenham Parkway. Take
Chippenham to West 360 Hull St and follow West 360 to Courthouse Road.
Turn Right onto Courthouse. Follow this to a left turn at the light onto
Smoketree Road. Epiphany is the first right entrance.
West: Take I-64 toward Richmond to the Parham road South exit. Follow
Parham Road as it becomes Chippenham Parkway. Exit onto Rt. 60 West at
Midlothian Turnpike. Follow Midlothian until a Left turn onto Courthouse
Road just beyond Chesterfield Towncenter Mall. Follow courthouse to a
Right turn at the light onto SmokeTree Road. Epiphany is the first right
entrance.
Other routes are available contact the Autocrat for alternative
directions depending on your starting location and knowledge of the
local streets.

Classes:
	So far we have one room reserved for fabrics, weaving etc. There are
several heraldry classes including a class on alternative displays of 
Heraldry both in your home/camp and on the field. A local college
history class has reserved a room so they might take in the collegium as
a field trip and continue their normal studies. Basic/ Introductory Garb
will be offered for new members who are still considering the trip to
Pennsic. A class on intro persona development will be offered as well as
a very advanced outline for in depth persona development for the more
senior members. As a concession to the Autocrat we are trying to develop
a track of classes focusing on the Mongols, Europe' s Friends and
Mentors in Civilization.
We have a huge facility available so more instructors are always
welcome. An area will be reserved as a lounge for general gossip and
social exchange.

pins, 2 yds muslin
