[MR] noVA directions to pennsic

greetings all,
im in northern va (dulles area) and its my first time
to pennsic from this location can anybody recommend
the best way to get to rt 79? all the maps sites i
have checked says go to the beltway  up towards
baltimore
but thats about 30 mins in the wrong direction.  Any
suggestions please email me off-list
