please try to plan to be on the field by 1pm so the Knights/Maters can start
signing the scroll.  remember that we Knights are dumb and dont often carry
our own pens so if you will need to supply one or two for them to use.  i
will instruct them to be very orderly and patient.  they will need to sign
on any of the lines on the scroll and spell out their name and kingdom for
you (there is a little ledger that goes with the scroll so the winner can
read all the names.).  also, we sometimes present the scroll in the winners
kingdoms court.  if that happens do you wish to join me there to present it?
