Unto those who provide fine and useful things for our game in exchange for 
mere pieces of paper with green ink upon them, and to those who wish to 
exchange green pieces of paper for fine and useful things does Gorm of Berra 
send greetings.

I have just been informed that we *CAN* after all have Merchants at Last 
Chance Authorizations/War Practice in Petersburg on 7/21.  I know at least 
two people asked, and I told them No earlier.  I misunderstood something the 
site had told me, and that misunderstanding just got clarified.

So, if you still are interested, please feel free to come and sell your 
wares.  The site does request that items sold be in accordance with all 
Virginia laws and related to the purpose of the SCA.

The event is outside.  There will be no facilities available, other than 
porta-potties.  You will need to bring whatever you need.  You will be able 
to set up a pavillion.  We are estimating anywhere from 75-175 attendees.  
There will be no merchant fees, other than your fee to get on-site ($5 for 
over 18, under 18 free)

Space available will be limited.  I doubt we will run out of space given the 
short notice, but anything is possible.  Please contact me

taking advantage of this opportunity.
