[MR] [Fwd: [P_info] Pennsic 30 Group Locations

Looking on the map at: http://www.pennsicwar.org/penn30/LAND/map.html
there are two N21 areas. Perhaps one of these is a mis-marked N19? It
would appear that the N21 on the right (right below parking) is actually
N19 since that would follow the numbering convention.
