[MR] Waterbearing at Pennsic

Greetings to all-

I post this to the lists because it is good information for all those who 
may participate in waterbearing.

A lovely offer was recently made of Sekanjebin for use in waterbearing.  
While that offer is appreciated, it sadly cannot be accepted.  You can refer 
to the Chirurgeon Policies at http://law.atlantia.sca.org/  for specific 
chapter and verse, but the basic rule is that any non-water liquids (usually 
Gatorade)cannot be of the clear color variety.  This would include 
Sekanjebin.  The reason for this is that because it is clear, it is nearly 
impossible to tell at a glance if it is water or something else.  This could 
pose a health risk for someone who inadvertantly drinks something thinking 
it is water when it is not.

Please do not take this to mean that you can't or shouldn't offer Sekanjebin 
at your tent, but it cannot be used on the field or in sideline 
waterbearing.
