Actually, Logan, they're mailed on the first of every month, but
your principle remains the same.

While it may seem that it should be beyond my responsiblity to
"hold people's hands" on subscribing/unsubscribing/etc..., it
is something I have done ever since the list was created.  It's
not something I complain about (well, too much anyway :-).  I
do, however, try to educate people whenever I can about how
to take care of this for themselves.

In that vein, I have slightly changed the format of the
Atlantian subscription page to hopefully be more clear.
