Indeed, this worm is real.  I implore each of you to investigate whether
you have this on your computer.  I've been receiving this e-mail from
all over the world for over a week now.  They're large messages; always
over 200Kb and sometimes as high as 850Kb.  If you get enough of them
piled up, they will fill your mailbox (if you have a POP mailbox like I
do) and then e-mail to you will start to bounce.  I've received over 300
of these all told.
