Throw them away and buy epees, or better yet a Schlager,  barring all that
check out Triplette http://www.triplette.com/  He'll have all the tips you
will ever need.   And he can have them too you in just a couple of days.
Make sure you have a rapier marshal check out your blades before you jump
into a practice even in your own back yard.  Foils are not the most sturdy
of blade to begin with and you mention that they are "older".  If I can
ever be of any assistance to you  please just ask.

Greetings,
  I am hoping some of you may be able to help  me out. I have 2 older foils
and need to find some tips for them. I have looked  every where but the
only thing I could find were the electronic tips. If anyone  could tell
where I might find SCA regulation tips for my foils, I would greatly
appreciate it.
