My fellow citizens of the SCA (and honored friends):

It has now been a week since the disappearance of my wares and related items. To
date, the local "authorities" still have no clue as to the culprit or culprits.
However, I wanted to thank each and every one of you who has written and offered
your sympathies and/or support... I really, truly appreciate it.


I am now in the process of trying to rebuild my inventory to the level it was
before this all happened. Inspired by those who pledged financial support, I
have created a way to raise the necessary funds while not taking undue advantage
of my benefactors.

I am pleased to announce the All the Trimmings "Gift Certificate". Here is how
it will work:

I will issue certificates for any amount (I suggest $10
increments, but you may choose any amount). After 6 months, you may redeem the
certificate(s) towards the purchase of any items in my inventory for the amount
you paid PLUS 10%.

If you hold the certificate for 12 months, you will receive
face value of the certificate plus _ 20%_.

Holding them for 15 months will earn you face value plus _30%_. So the  longer
you hold the certificate, the more it is worth. The only catch is: the
certificates expire 18 months after their initial purchase.

As I mentioned, these certificates can be issued in any amount. If you do not
use the whole certificate on one purchase, the remaining amount will continue to
accrue value at the above-mentioned rates. I can issue individual certificates
to be used as gifts, or I can issue one certificate for the whole   amount...
it's your choice.
