Unto the Crown and Populace of Atlantia, greetings from Lady Alanna
Volchevo Lesa, Golden Dolphin Herald!

All of these were pended at the February Golden Dolphin meeting for
the same administrative reason: the forms had been changed.
Initially Golden Dolphin thought that the herald had merely changed
the font, and was inclined to let the submissions go through. Closer
examination at the Letter of Intent meeting turned up numerous errors
and omissions to the forms, and it became clear that the submitting
herald had created his own forms, following the general outline of
the originals.
This is not allowable. Laurel instituted standardized forms some
years back to expedite the submission process, and except for a few
very minor differences where kingdoms were allowed a little latitude,
they must be standard.
Since this was the herald's error, and not the submitters', we have
pended these submissions rather than return them, to give both herald
and submitters a chance to resubmit on proper forms. They have
since done so and these submissions will be considered at the Golden
Dolphin meeting on Sunday, March 4.
