This sounds like a plan to me. What do you say folks?
Lady Geva
Good Gentles of Trimaris, And
Atlantia?
The time for war is fast approaching, and it is vital that our
fighting
forces be cared for in the best manner possible. I would
ask that any
fighter or observer planning to stand on the sidelines during the
field
battles or ravine battle at Gulf Wars please bring with you 2 empty,
clean
(rinsed out with soapy water and rinsed again, please) 2 liter soda
bottles,
and two sport tops from Zephyrhills or Evian water
bottles. Bring these
items with you to the war, and drop them off at Waterbearer's point
the
first day you arrive. The participating kingdoms will be
providing
additional bottles, but we never have enough for the ravine battle,
and
bottles have a way of biting the dust when we need them
most. If every
fighter brought at least two of these bottles and sport tops, the
shortage
of watering equipment would lessen tremendously, without any
additional
expenses for the Waterbearers and crew. If your shire does
not have a
waterbearer who is on the Waterbearer's list, and you wish to collect
as a
group, please do so, and have the bottles dropped off at the
point.
Additionally, if everyone who planned on fighting would bring with
them one
bag of oranges, (No, Syr Terrrel, that does not include you..we want
you
healthy...) the necessary fruit would also be available for everyone,
again
without the Waterbearers having to bear the cost. Bags of
oranges run
usually about three dollars, a small price to pay to stay healthy for
the
war.
Unfortunately, due to my continuing medical condition, I will not
be
attending the war. However, Taz, Sapphira, Annikaha and all
the others who
plan on helping at the point will need your help with the items I
requested.
Trimaris has a reputation for excellence in this
area..let's keep it
shining, and kick some Ansteorran Butt!!
Yours in Service, and wishing I could be there,
Lady Katya Levente, Kingdom Waterbearer
Cadet to Dona Artemesia
