[MR] Curia? unevent

i dont know, i think that many would love to have a decent event as an
alternative to unevent (which can be painful drudgery at times, but is
usually fun if you are an officer of some respect or another)  i sure would
but ive not had that opportunity in.........  8^)

I'm a bit confused by the change with respect to Unevent. Considering that
officers are required to attend Unevent, why did they bother reducing the
no-conflict area to 100 miles? It doesn't seem to me that too many folks
would want to put on another event against it...
