Pardon for this being posted so late.... I attempted to post it late on
Friday, but with the mailing list changes, the "reply" I used apparently
didn't work.
-----------------------

The Barony of Lochmere will be having an informal embroidery workshop on
Sunday, February 18th. Several stitches will be taught, suitable for
use in stitching embroidery slips, or Assisi work (these are, I believe,
basically the same stitches that Ysolt la Bretonne taught at University
in theElizabethian Slips class).

As only a few from Lochmere desire to learn these particular stitches at
this time *and* are able to attend on the 18th, we welcome others from
our Kingdom to join us. There will be limited space also available for
those who may be interested in coming to stitch with us who are not
interested in learning these stitches as well. Chairs may also be
limited, or uncomfortable (ie, a few kitchen and dining room chairs), so
if you have an easily transported chair you wouldn't mind using instead,
please bring it along.

As my house's size, and my teaching abilities (not to mention the need
to have needed materials on hand) somewhat limit the number of people
who might attend, I ask that people either e-mail me, or call (410)
997-0830 (btw. 10am and 10:30pm... pref. not between 9-9:45pm) and I
will send/relay directions to the workshop. I do have a dog (sorry, to
any who may be allergic, though she will be cooped up elsewhere in the
house, her fur has a tendency to get and stay about the place).
