Actually we have pay to fight until May 1,2000.  After that date yes 
you can sign a waiver to fight.  The waiver fee is $1.00.  
So you are correct, if you are not an authorized fighter and you 
don't have proof of waiver on file with SCA, inc.  You could pay 
$1.00, authorize, pay for your fighter card ($5.00).  And after that 
you could pay $1.00 every time you wanted to fight.
