The one question nobody has ask yet is what are we supposed to do with the 
money.  
Do we send the money to the Kingdom MOL?  If not how are we supposed to 
record the money in each groups quarterly financial reports?  I think these 
question need to answered before this policy goes into effect.  

One other point.  I can't remember if they said whether the five dollar fee 
is still in effect.  Personally, I kind of like what Meridies has just 
instituted.  They now have a fee of $25 to authorize has a fighter.  However, 
if you have an SCA membership then you get a $25 discount.  This gives the 
fighters of Meridies a valid reason to skip a few beers and get a membership 
without making the Kingdom pay to play.
