According to the Kingdom Webminister's Roster (at
http://acorn.atlantia.sca.org/weblist.shtml), Raven's Cove does not have a
warranted webminister, and I believe Atlantia's policy is that Kingdom does
not link to sites that do not have warranted webministers.  (I could be
wrong about that.)

I must point out, however, that Lord Kevin of Thornbury is still listed on
the roster as Kingdom Webminister, so it doesn't appear that the roster has
been updated since he left the job, and I think that's been over a year.
