[MR] Its all in the zip codes

In preparing a list of zip codes for our March meeting (in which we plan to
sign and submit our bid for incipient status), I came across several
"unclaimed" zip codes inside areas held by other SCA branches. I was just
thinking, if somebody moved into one of these areas, they would probibly be
told they were a member of such and such group, then would wonder when they
were left out of pollings, etc.

Is anybody in the kingdom reviewing and correcting this sort of thing?
