 Proposed Revision to the Governing Documents regarding Sanctions and Royal
Justice

 After several months of deliberations, the Grand Council has presented to
the Board of Directors an extensive proposal addressing Sanctions and Royal
Justice.  Due to its length (approximately 8 pages), it is not possible to
print in the Kingdom newsletters the proposed revisions to Corpora which
would be necessary should this proposal be accepted; therefore, it is
available at the SCA's website at www.sca.org, or by requesting a hard copy
from the Corporate Office (see address below).

 The Board of Directors is extremely interested in feedback and comments
from the members.  It is strongly requested that all interested parties
review this proposal and send your views and comments to the Board of
